Ambience Pvt. Ltd. is a real estate developer company mainly having focus on premium developments primarily in the National Capital Region with in-house construction and development capabilities.

Since its inception in 1986, it distinguished itself from the competition. Ambience commenced its journey of developing premium residential apartments in South Delhi, which later on forayed into large real estate development projects, after acquiring a landmark real estate in Gurgaon on Delhi Border, NH-8, zero kilometre from Delhi Border for the development of signature integrated township namely ‘Ambience Island’, comprising of Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hotel, 9 hole pitch & putt golf greens and community facilities.

Pioneering new trends in the market, Ambience Group has an array of ongoing and planned projects at strategic locations in Delhi NCR, Sonepat, Panipat, Udaipur and Visakhapatnam incorporating a mix of Townships, Residential, Commercial, SEZ, Hospitality and Education

An erudite man, Mr. Raj Singh Gehlot, a Chartered Accountant by profession, Chairman and Managing Director, a visionary endowed with impeccable foresight, enviable expertise and innate acumen. Ambience is a dream come true story of Mr. Gehlot who believes that only as much as we dream can we be. It helped Ambience to scale new heights in Real Estate. His dynamism and vitality has lead to the successful execution and delivery of well-planned, contemporary, premium and innovative projects in the past 27 years.
